Vegan Quiche Made With JUST Egg

This vegan quiche is warm, savory, and so perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Made with our favorite vegan egg replacer, JUST Egg, this protein packed meal will leave you feeling satisfied all day. We adopted the crust recipe from Nora Cooks, and it is our favorite. The flaky crust paired with our appetizing filling makes for the best plant-based quiche out there.

Recipe for the filling: 

Ingredients:
One bottle of JUST Egg
Two cups of spinach

1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Form the raw dough into a quiche baking pan.
3. Pour in one bottle of JUST Egg into your crust and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and put 2 cups of spinach on top of the egg.
5. Place quiche back in the oven for 10 additional minutes or until firm. You should be able to poke it with a fork and remove the fork cleanly.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes and enjoy.
